David Zer-Aviv is described in the fall 2014 issue of Shalom, the Atlantic Jewish Council’s (AJC) magazine, as a “former IDF paratrooper now living in Halifax.” Zer-Aviv is also mentioned in this capacity in a 2023 article on the Atlantic Jewish Council’s website that was originally published by the Centre For Israel and Jewish Affairs.
