Mayer Weinberg is a Canadian who attended Yeshivat Or Chaim, one of the Bnei Akiva private Jewish high schools in Toronto, and graduated in 2019, according to an issue of the school’s magazine.
Weinberg then immigrated to Israel and joined its military. His entrance into the Israeli military was noted by a 2022 issue of Bnei Akiva’s magazine, where he and other alumni in the Israeli military were photographed together and celebrated. The other alumni, all of whom are included in this database, are: Mendy Knofsky, Haim Mamann and Ben Nemirov.
Weinberg’s immigration to Israel was also noted in a 2023 issue of the magazine where he was pictured wearing an Israeli flag and what appears to be an Israeli military cap, and holding a sign reading: “Living The Dream.”
